Mike Watt: Dos y Dos

It’s been over 15 years since Dos released their last record, so when Mike Watt mentioned he got together with Kira Roessler (the other half of the dueling thunderspiel delight) to release a spanking-new Dos album, I was ma-effing ecstatic. I don’t [shouldn’t] need to explain who Mike Watt or Kira Roessler are, just take a gander at their résumé of founding and front positions in quintessential bands like Minutemen, fIREHOSE, Black Flag, The Stooges, etc. Just like the celebrity-endorsed salad dressings and condiments in the supermarket, you better believe that if Mr. Watt puts his name on something, it’s worth putting on the platter. This album, along with some of Mike’s solo stuff, is available through Clenched Wrench Records. Easy Dos it.
